I know, I know, this has been knocking around since the start of the year. But sharing it with colleagues I remembered just how good it is. And as awards season is once again upon us, it’s always useful to get tips on how to put a good case study together. The question is: how have they sustained brand engagement during 2011? We all know a one-off event is just not enough.
