After the last minute addition of “implied consent” to the EU cookie law, I’m having another think about how all this impacts on digital marketing. And whilst doing so came across this great infographic from eConsultancy:
Whilst there’s a bit of a plug for their full report (a snip at £250) it does put things into perspective. Does the average user understand enough about cookies to make a decision? Are we explaining ourselves clearly enough? Here’s how the BBC, Telegraph, Channel 4 and the Guardian are doing it.
